What a bad actor Chavez is. I can't believe Bush and Cheney are so stupid to ignore the writing on the wall. Why are they so incredibly moronic? A 3 year old can see we need to get off the oil asap. But you know, I don't just blame Bush and Cheney. What the hell is the Democratic Congress doing about it? They spend more time figuring out ways to do investigations of Republicans and more time fighting with Bush over Iraq than passing new legislation to get us off the oil. A Democratic President elect in 2009 is not a sure thing. I hope the Democrats know that they need to produce real results in 2007 and 2008 in order to sway the center to come vote for them. Lot's of noise without results is what we've had for 6+ years. So we don't need more of the same.
