That's not the right question to ask. You should ask why it works.

No, it's clear it doesn't work. I'll make it easy on you. Get rid of K-12 being based upon age and have it based upon performance. Otherwise, I think you're going to be in for a surprise from home schooling produced kids. You may not be though based upon how hard your alliance is fighting vouchers, private schools, and home schooling today.

Does pointing out spelling errors as a response count more than filthy language? Both seems common in your posts. Let me know and I'll change them in my next update.
