This debate is old. Using the same criteria as PBG, CLL has over 5 billion barrels. CLL has a market cap of $750 million with twice the oil. PBG has a market cap of $1.7 billion. In other words the bulk of the market cap in PBG, say $1.2 billion is allocated to an experimental recovery process that may or not have application at other venues. Until it is verified as adaptable to other sites and the intellectual property is secured, and other operators are willing to use it at an acceptable cost, and even then it is several years from implementation. That is a fantasy, a limb that you are welcome to go on....
