So it's not exactly a big surprise that women living under Sharia don't report rape that often. You quietly ask Fillipina maids who have served as domestics in Qattar and other Gulf countries about the incidence of rape, you'll get quite a different answer.

A one man site is only as good as his background, and I can't find anything (Like his Bio) about Luke Metcalfe except that he is: -- Luke Metcalfe, Manager / Developer of NationMaster. But that aside: I wonder what would happen if each country who finds a genuine murdering barbarian (yes, yes, I know, even the UN won't define a terrorist) ... If they are found, and found guilty in a fair, documented by televised coverage of the ENTIRE trial....then these murdering barbarians should be punished in the same manner of the country they say they claim origin. If they hyphenate their nationality, then they must be asked what is their first choice of country. If it is NOT the US, then they can be tried by the other country they hyphenate. Their choice.
