I agree with you about Albertson's fried chicken. I recall the first time I had it and was quite surpirsed to learn it was from Albertsons.

I was not aware that fried chicken freezes well. How is it after being thawed and reheated? Still crispy?

Our local Top Foods has the best rotisserie whole chicken. I buy it and make a cacciatori. My sauce is pretty darned good, but I don't want to fuss with the cooking of the chicken so I just use one of theirs.

Hubby doesn't have a clue. -gg-

I used to really like KFC original. The last 2 times I had it was like eating grease with a little chicken flavor. Unreal amount of grease. Don't need that.
