I get the feeling this is a cycle that will take a long time to play out. Probably DOW 36k, gold 5k, rates much higher, your cost of living tripling and the average house in most frothy SoCal at slightly above the 2005 top in 10 years.. Probably two asset crashes like 73-74 and 80-81 in there too.. We are already experiencing a RE crash to behold down here in FL already.
