I would hang up. I cant see the forest from the trees anymore. Getting out of iraq is important. Defending our interests against al quaeda in pakistan/afgan is another. Neutralizing iran terror state is a third. But there are other major issues that deal with our relations with russia, europe, latin american, china that also matter.

What are the three most important foreign policy issues facing the US

IMO, situations like Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan are former foreign policies that have a mixed degree of success/failure in terms of implementation.

For the future, I would evaluate policies with regards to Europe, Russia, India, China.
