The same $10K = approx INR400K/month in India.

What percentage of the Indian population makes $10k per month? My guess is 0.005%, about 1 in 50,000.

Thanks....does that mean your taxes in India are nearly 50% rather than ours at that level of 39%?

Is the tax in India because you were making the money from outside the country, or was it because you would have to pay taxes from both countries?

Are other living expenses about the same as here?

The difference seems to be your expenses would be quite a bit less in India, so your savings per month would be nearly 40% of so of your income.... versus the savings in the US of about 10% of your income....

Right?
