American people are too busy watching IDOL and drinking beer to make sacrifices for any war. If WW2 was fought in this time, US would lose. And thats what i fear is happening at least in the short term with the war on al quaeda. How do you feel about going into Wahiristan and wiping out those terrorists, even if there are significant civilian casualties? You want to choose your war, ok but you also want guaranteed outcomes where we always win and civilians never die.
