AHM and Hedge Fund manipulation.....

Yesterday AHM tanks on the rumor that its lines of credit had been curtailed.

But lets consider this possibility.
Mortgage lenders are in cross hairs of Fed. Regulators.

AHM HAS ONLY 54 MILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING

34.9% of shares outstanding are short

AHM is trading at 50% of book value

Insiders own l8% of the stock

I believe that various hedge funds set up a short position in AHM, and then started the rumor about a credit facility being cancelled.

This panicked the market of AHM and other mortgage lenders. The short position in AHM became very, very profitable.

Now rumors are hard to trace and repeating them is not a crime, although the results are near criminal.

I still own AHM....Jerome
