GST, you know nothing of Israel, nothing of Jewish history, and nothing even of me, though you have pretended to read my words (if not to respond to my questions).

You think discussion is getting on a soap box and making declarations divorced from evidence.

Peace can be had if two sides want peace. If only one side wants peace, then peace cannot be had. If peace cannot be had, then the alternatives are states of truce or war.

This is an old rule. It is a basic rule. Yet you think you can declaim it into oblivion. As the prophet said, "They cry peace, peace! but there is no peace."

Once again, however futilely, I will ask:

Do you see any sign that the Pals want peace? Does Fatah? Does Hamas? Does Hezbullah? Where is their peace party? What do they really want?

Reply if you want to continue this discussion.

But, Nadine is so VERY disappointed. She sees that her dream is impossible, and will NEVER happen. Despite having "won" some of it in wars, she had to give it back. She has lost THIS:

en.wikipedia.org

..and all she has left is hate.
