Ken,

I'm sorry you had to lose your wife to cancer, but it is so fortunate for you (and for her and your two kids) that the airplane you were on developed engine trouble. Your story brings home just how little events can make a huge difference in one's life.

Fate was definitely there, for sure. Isn't that the way it is....Reminds me of that song with the words "Fate stepped in and saw you through"...38 years!

Ken, My mind grows hazy with the years. Was this a jet plane you two flew on in 1958?

Thank you for telling us your delightful and charming love story. To my mind, you were truly blessed. It is regrettable that your beloved wife was taken from you so soon and by such a dreadful disease. - Holly
