That's a great find. I'm sure Pro-Mold never was made aware of this. This pledging of the same assets (patents, molds, heavy equipment) to multiple parties is and apparently always has been a trademark of Turek. As I keep saying, I told this to Greenbay (who I'm sure told it to others) in early 2006 (or was it late 2005?) and alluded to it publicly: Message 22343037 . Which again reinforces why we deal in red flags, not judges' rulings. Will they ever learn? - Jeff
