Does Canada still fit the "politically stable environments?" What to prevent taxes from being increased in another 11 months? I know my confidence in the oil sands investment has been impacted.

I attended a talk Coxe gave last night. He seemed to think that, in the long run, this royalty flap would be irrelevant. He was far more interested in selling the message that the oilsands are a unique, precious national resource, and that it would be criminal if we sold it the way we let similar treasures (Inco, Falconbridge) go.
