Analyzing BISA wouldn't take much time, Crossy. There's nothing there -

That's my point. You did not pay attention to my first post. This is a reporting pink, and listed with the SEC. The way I found out about the r/m is from an 8k.

Look, I read the iBox before I made my first post. BISA is a rare exception in the pinks because it is fully reporting. I would not have put it here if wasn't, but it is, so like it or not it fits.

If this r/m goes through, it could do very well with an o/s of only 11.9MM. And the play is as simple as that. I think it will happen, but there are no guarantees.

Have a great week.

BISA.pk passes.

To make this clear to new threadsters - this is a thread that is about facts and backgrounds not on selling snake oil to the uninformed public. IMHO the only way to uphold this is to discourage the pandering of companies, particularly Pink Sheeters, that do not publish AUDITED FINANCES (either with SEC/EDGAR, a foreign equivalent, on their website or by some other means). This is considered a no-go on our thread here.
