I have not seen so much bearish talk in the media in a long time. Recession this, credit crunch that, falling house prices, Oct 87" crash, yada, yada, world is ending if you watch CNBC or the talking heads. That is a big clue for me.

Here is one just listed at $99k which is slightly above a prior sale in 2002 and below a 2003 sale.. this house also sold for $235k at the top so the drop is almost 60% far above the losses reported by the NAR stats..it is worth registering with Zip Realty to get great detailed info for almost every market in the country
