If you don't believe that Massachusetts would lock up insurance scofflaws do you believe that it would make providing medical care for a fee a felony? That is part of Hillary's healthcare plan.

I recognize the desire of some to eliminate extra-system medical care and understand the reasons for it. But, no, I don't believe that would fly, at least not longer than a trial period.
