That should help Bloomer's negotiating position with the EUB on the big Whitesands Project < canada.com >.....I say should...the more I learn about Ottawa/Calgary political relationships, the more I think I'm back in the USofA :<) Longer term, however, IMHO, THAI/CAPRI is the province's technology of choice for producing the deep tarsands....environmental benefits, lower costs, resource utilization, upgraded produced oil.....the list goes on and on....everyone will jump on board.
