If I've understood your observations on these 2 charts correctly, I think you'd take a positive position on the current chart of NCT. (sorry don't know how to post it) I recommend it for your consideration, with thanks in advance.

CDE - Dabum, I am thinking that CDE is setting up nicely according to your criteria. Huge volume spike in Nov and now trading sideways. I would guess a break above the November high is a buy. But, would high from last February make this less attractive.
