Helo Pezz, The "Just Now" Report:
I felt like selling gold, and so I fought back the urge, by buying instead.

This buygold action achieves two results, (i) makes any immediae sale of any of existing position befor the buy not psychologically justifiable, and (ii)gives me something to sell later in the day, or hold on to until kingdom come, condition depending.

The sellgold prevention shot may make me feel not so great by your market closing time, but I have faith that the FED will bail me out of my newly expanded gold position.

You know what THEY say, do not fight the FED.

Hello Pezz, Today’s Report:

While perusing incoming mail and updating the data base, I serendipitously discovered that my dear dad-in-law has transferred to my wonderful wife a serious quantity of HK Stock Exchange finance.yahoo.com shares that he had purchased at HKD 12 a few years back. The free shares are now valued at 185/share. Of course, a while back it was valued at even more. I think it is a good hold, LT, because it is free, and there are supposedly hundreds of millions of speculators north of me wishing to buy the mispriced Hong Kong H shares and arbitrage the embedded profit of Shanghai A shares.

Thus feeling newly flush, I transferred CAD to Tokyo and took up positions in the following Japanese real estate plays (they for the most part are available in USA as foreign shares) because I need to hedge against global monetary collapse with dividend paying Japanese Yen denominated assets:

Creed Office (8983) stocks.us.reuters.com @ Yen 388,000 (USD @ today’s exchange rate 107.765 => USD 3,600) per share

Nippon Building Fund (8951) stocks.us.reuters.com @ Yen 1,410,000 (USD 13,084) per share

Japan Real Estate Investment (8952) stocks.us.reuters.com @ Yen 1,270,000 (USD 11,785) per share

Global One Real Estate (8958) stocks.us.reuters.com @ Yen 1,210,000 (USD 11,228) per share

Nomura REIT (8959) stocks.us.reuters.com @ Yen 904,000 (USD 8,389) per share

These beasts are yielding between 3 and 9%, in all cases paying more than Japanese deposit rate;

The Yen currency ought to rise, Tokyo rent ought to increase, underlying land and building replacement cost should increase, but share price might droop some more.

I am ready to … dare I say it? … average down.

I am doing so to hedge against the risk of Mr and Ms Watanabe losing faith in carry trade, pull their wounded capital back through a then too small forex window, drive up Yen to 95, or 85, or 79.5 to the dollar, trash global assets and reprice the planet.

Hello Pezz, Tonight's Report:
I just marshalled overwhelming force and used same to liberate and occupy People Support (PSPT) finance.yahoo.com space at prices 14.34 - 14.40, a uniquely recession proof biz that in fact will be enhanced much by what will be coming our way.

Hello Pezz, Last Night's Report:

I sold much of my GLD at north of 90 to acquire this equal weight allocation to PSPT Message 24214513 at south of 14.40.

I still have certificate gold in HK bank and it is not accessible after 8:00pm HK time. I am glad I had foresight to position paper gold in two time zones.

I wish to get more GLD ounces back when I realize the potential of PSPT. I wager that the current revised but not yet announced PSPT buyout offer will be more than the earlier offer of 15/share, and even when so, will still be too cheap.

There is quite a bit the company can do to grow organically (more sectors, more offerings, deeper engagement w/ client processes) and to do roll-up acquisition platform with cash on-hand plus money bag alliance that can be engaged with via simply-story road show.

The position does require more monitoring work than GLD and less certain than GLD reaching 100 in short order, but not that much less; and

I am wagering that i can get more ounces of GLD back when I get out of PSPT.

I had to sell GLD because of on-line a/c capacity; I did not wish to margin. I did also mobilize the big a/c as well, touched a bit of the CAD but not GLD, SGD, T-bills, other positions.

Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

I just sold the vast majority of my ... no, phuck it, shoot the prisoners and don't ask any questions at all ... I just sold all of my HK-based certificate gold, in exchange firstly to HKD, as I am unable to decide at this juncture whether to stay put or run toward any of the non-USD fiat monies.

This move, together with last night's major drawdown Message 24216177 of GLD in exchange for PSPT, all of a sudden and quite unexpectedly makes me a technology investor, ostensibly, but actually and not so quietly transforms me from a gold hoarding bug into a human serf owner, staking a claim on warm bodies who perform useful functions for your countrymen but from lovely Philippines via telecommunication links in exchange for pittance derived off of savings by laying off white collar serf workers within the Empire.
I still have some GLD and SLV stashed and only accessible during your daytime, but am otherwise mostly out, except of course for the long term private central bank anchors that are physical platinum and gold.

So far, since November, my zigs from non-USD cash and miscellaneous shares to USD/HKD, zags from USD/HKD into paper and physical gold and sugar, gas, cotton, and such, and gyrations just now out of paper gold into PSPT and boring steel processor have generated measurable but perhaps not exactly productive wealth.

All made possible by tapping into frictional heat of the market place.

We will have to see how the foray into PSPT turns out.

About PSPT finance.yahoo.com I am of course figuring that the new and last week announced offer to buy the company trumps the earlier announced but rejected offer of USD 15. Maybe yes, perhaps not, but we shall see.

Besides, it is a good company and somewhat recession-proof, or, in reality, recession-enhanced.

Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

Busy, hiding.
Scattered the troops and disbursed the equipment, here in HKD, there in Yen, elsewhere in CHF, and somewhere else in SGD.
Some will perish, but others will survive, so as to fight once more.

Hello Pezz, Last Night’s Report:
I feared, and so I wiggled and took cover, but only after going to the latrine and dumped, now more comfortable:
(1) Dumped a little bit more of GLD at 87.39, claimed a lot of profit, on order of 13% since December 4th Message 24103806 on top of the massive profit claim earlier reported Message 24217418 and Message 24216177 , the combined arms and take no prisoners operation is going well,

(2) Bought more serfs, sorry, I meant PSPT finance.yahoo.com @ 14.4, redirecting all spare troops in all less managed and straggling accounts here there and everywhere into the battle – the position is now of biblical proportions - on-line unreal tournament massive onslaught war mode, and it is time to pray,

(3) Bought more Japanese Yen FXY finance.yahoo.com @ 93 and Swiss money FXF finance.yahoo.com @ 91, just so that I have some that is accessible during your day and my night time, in adddition and side by side to what is easily accessible during your night and my day time Message 24217555

(4) Sold Yamana gold miner @ 15.43, bought here Message 24048867 @ 12.62 and there Message 23861741 @ 11.92, and somewhere else Message 23858108 at 12.02, scoring +27% - good enough for now, since Sept 2007,

(5) Bought two super (5 tranches) tranches of UltraShort China 25 (FXP) finance.yahoo.com @ 92.25 to hedge the fact that I live in the neighborhood, maybe, and to profit in case carranza2 and my fellow e-mail pen pals turn out to be correct for a while, for sure, and

(6) Bought two super tranches (15 dollops) of UltraShort Oil & Gas (DUG) finance.yahoo.com @ 43.41 to hedge existing energy positions, for sure, and to profit should greater events not go my long term way for any duration until then, possibly - a win if I win and win if I lose trade.

Hello Pezz, for old times sake, going back to 2001

Message 15765751 <<a 12.5% supposedly safe bet is boring ...

New Bull, new leaders.

Gold?,Platinum?... Why is it different now than a year ago, two or three years ago?......Still don't see it........Maybe someday>>

My response at the time, Message 15774373 when the secular equity bear market commenced, when valued in true money, gold

Do you see it now, now that 'someday' is nearly here? and platinum and gold did quite a bit better than 12% per annum and did so without fuss, and barely getting started :0)

Hello Pezz, Today's Plan:

I may buy some gold, should the panic spread, cries go hoarse, and regret go sincere

I may buy some yen, should the panic cries and regret all go true

all eyes on the funds unwind as expectations for margin call and redemptions surge

I am able to do so because Message 24235291

but i may be paralyzed by fear, distilled, and by terror, crystalized
