At some time in the future, not in our time and not for those receiving SS benefits today, the whole SS system will be chucked...

The individual will have to save through his or her lifetime and privately invest money to serve during retirement years.GW tried to sell this to the public now but it failed. The future economy and our debt will demand it.

Companies will not longer offer pensions nor medical benefits so that government will take over Universal Health Care.

So the money spent now for SS will go into the health care program.

I just looked into my glass bowl and saw this as our future.
I also had a vision so that with these two forces operating I am pretty sure that my prediction is correct.(:)

Why can't people save for their own retirement? Just because many Americans are so irresponsible and such reckless spendthrifts, doesn't mean that we need big government to bail them out. In life, you make your bed and then you have to live in it. Although I view universal healthcare as a human right and a matter of fundamental decency, I come from the self-reliant school of thought that holds individuals responsible for their actions.
