You could have anywhere from 2-12 months with so many factors involved. Probably can follow the case on the county web site. Look for the final judgment and setting of a date for the sale..

Who knows what the future really holds..maybe the owner tries to sell via a short sale and is successful to an investor who wants to keep you as his tenant.. Or, you can make the bank a low ball offer to own it and stay..
