I meant to respond to this yesterday.
My thinking and to be clear I'm not married to this in any big way, is based on a pattern I'm watching in the VIX.

Added to the pattern though is the price action of the market since the March low and that is we have been ignoring bad news, and at worst we have had very brief and short pullbacks.
Now of course this could change probably overnight but I don't think it will. In a sense we have a floor near 1350 spx, now if that is given up with selling energy I would change my mind.
I expect some pullback but as my last post just looked at, it could come from 1450 or higher.

Here is the McLaren report and he has a different take but essentially sees the Bear needing to take over again or we have something more bullish building.
