Maybe you missed my point. Albright said North Korea was cheating on the Carter/Clinton agreement while Clinton was in office.

Carter and Clinton is recognized for allowing North Korea to develop nukes.

Do you DISAGREE that N. Korea has probably 5 TIMES as many nukes NOW than they did when George MORON Bush came into office???

In October '02, the Bush administration confronted NK about their Uranium enrichment program. This was 19 months into the presidency -- a time during which they were dealing with 9/11, the war in Afghanistan, the bin Laden problem, and yet, only 19 months after taking office, Bush was confronting NK. Obviously, the enrichment HAD TO BE going on prior to Bush taking office. There is no way in hell they could have taken this action that quickly were it not the case.

In November '02, the CIA reported that the US has been suspicious that NK had been working on Uranium enrichment for "several years". In their report, they said:

- Last year the North began seeking centrifuge-related materials in large quantities. It also obtained equipment suitable for use in uranium feed and withdrawal systems.

- We recently learned that the North is constructing a plant that could produce enough weapons-grade uranium for two or more nuclear weapons per year when fully operational -- which could be as soon as mid-decade.

Frankly, I don't know how we would know how many "nukes" NK has. We have very limited ability to gather intelligence on the subject.

To put it in perspective, however, NK first admitted having nukes early in '03. Obviously, this is not something that was developed in the course of two short years. So, there is zero doubt they were developing them prior to Bush's arrival.

A few weeks after the Appeasement Framework was signed, IAEA determined that NK had extracted about 24kg of Plutonium -- about 3 nukes' worth. That was in '94. The plant NK was constructing in the late 90s (under Clinton) could produce 16kg annually, according to CIA.

It is you who is the MORON. This stuff was ALL in the works before Bush was even elected and it isn't even subject to any doubt.

If you would spend 10% of the time you do bashing Bush and the persons on this thread who are smarter than you, you MIGHT have some idea what you're talking about. Moron, indeed.
