Jeez, a little sensitive Lizzie?

the last I remember of you was when you were claiming there was no downturn in 2001 bay area real estate.

You have a poor memory Lizzie.

The only thing interesting about you was your denial and self important claims that proposition 13 was somehow fair and just.

As usual, you are confused. Indicative of your ignorance of most of the subjects of which you claim knowledge you think Prop 13 is unconstitutional. Completely unaware the issue was decided 20 years ago.

I love elderly spin on prop 13 and how somehow, the old are justified in ripping off their kids. Makes for sad, but amusing theatre.

You're always so angry lizzie? Why is that? What's ironic is that YOU are old lizzie, and you are also older than I am. That you don't support prop 13 means nothing to me. Most homeowners, young and old, are in favor of it.

For anyone else interested, I gave a fairly comprehensive and detailed explanation behind the political circumstances that resulted in the passing of prop 13 - as well as it's consequences. Most of that discussion how founds it way into a wiki page -> en.wikipedia.org

Steven Roach was wrong in claming jobs were being offshored.

Having seen one industry after another leave the Bay Area, I would never claim jobs are never outsourced. Let me correct you again, at the time you claimed the Bay Are economy was never going to recover from the downturn of 2001/2002. All I said was give it some time.
