Why that is the bells of Idiotville and they are calling you Mr. Mayor of Idiotville back to your idiot town to settle a dispute in the streets between the idiots and the morons. Now some say this feud is like the Hatfields and the McCoys as it has been going on for years in the swampy, dirty, tumbleweed town of Idiotville. There was no separate VN war debt. To the extent the VN war contributed to the national debt during Carters administration, it still does today since the national debt hasn't fallen since then.

Carter was simply a poor President. Trying to blame his failure on the VN war is silly.
