Congratulations on your results.

I actually had a Dr appt last night as it's been a year and they wouldn't redo my prescriptions without seeing me. At any rate I was 254 on their scale which would be down 6 dressed and late in the day and I started by weighing early. I'm not doing a straight carb thing but watching portions. Oh and my bp was 117/60 which is very good for me.

Did my weekly check at Kaiser. I dropped to 238.9 from 241.4 last week. A 2.5 pound drop. BP was 118/85. Gives me a 29.9 BMI, which drops me from "obese" to "overweight."

I'll take 2.5lbs a week. If I keep that up, I will be at 200 by Christmas!
