Saddam Hussein was fomenting terrorism throughout the world. He encouraged suicide bombings by conducting a gruesome bribery program paid to the bomber's survivors--the uniform tens of thousands each family expected from Hussein is considered a fortune for average families in the MidEast.

....."The rads were/are in Afganistan, Pakistan, etc. Not Iraq. And the rads are individuals and groups... not any one country to focus on. So focus on them.".....

So how would you suggest that the USA for example go after the radical moslums...cant go into a sovereign country to get them.... radical islam hangs out in radical controlled sovereign islam countries...how exactly do you get them other than have them come to you... like the iraq radical moslum magnet. Sure don't want them coming to you in your own country...9/11.
