Hey Bumblin Bob .. I've read you often .. Welcome .. Looks like SkiWowSki has 1st green candle and his Morning Star Formation [which really doesn't need a lot of confirmation]. I have been thru a bunch of those courses but never went thru the Sheets one .. I've already been thru a lot of what he has showing online. Good Stuff. The problem with foreclosures here is they tear them apart if they are vacated .. Destructo Gangs come out to play and Wreck Havoc on them. Pulling Copper Pipes .. kitchen fixtures .. and anything else of value and more than you'd think is possible. So if they hit foreclosure in a major city like this .. it's wicked stuff when you look on the inside. You should see some of the devastation inside some of the REOs. No wonder they are bulldozing in some cities. If it were late in the evening .. and a full moon .. I'd post a picture of an Woman in a Quaker Bonnet with Kids in her arms and Faces around her head .. looking out the 2nd Story Window at me. OoooooOOOOOoooooo The Hair on the back of my neck stood on end some of the time I was there at this place ... and I kept looking over my shoulder the entire time I was there at this house .. not far from the Cemetery just down the old country road. But they stayed on end for over and hour after I downloaded the pics in the puter and looked at this one. Happy October !! Let's Hope the the Fed can find a way to keep the properties involved in these CDOs from becoming .... Vacant .... OooooOOOOoooooo
