I never said a progressive tax structure was socialist. But taking money from people who pay taxes and giving it to people who don't just because they have less, is. buying up interests in banks and insurance companies, is. Taxes are not too low to balance the budget. Government spending is too high to balance the budget. As far as the plutocracy comment you made. I don't understand what you are saying. Do you mean that if we have a less progressive tax structure than you think we should have that gives the rich political power? Little joe
