Receiving all the "oxygen and nutrients from" does not equal "inside of" or "part of", or "has not left".

Do you support allowing the killing of a child that has passed through the birth canal or has been removed from the womb through a C-section, when the cord has not yet been cut?

this is close. The issue is the fetus is infringing in the rights of the mother to live. We as a society do not legally violate one persons rights for another- ever.

You cannot force another family member to give you a kidney. The govt cannot force a parent to give a blood transfusion to a child, even if it is life threatening. Thats the way our legal system is set up. the Pro Lifers fail this test.
