Zeev, consolidation in this industry is the "hot setup". I would think that this company could be a good candidate for absorption, especially on this weakness. What's your take on this thought?

CNBC just reported on ctys .. pretty much reiterated what's already been reported here. move from 9 to 33 to 2 1/2 .

they said yesterday's drop was attributed to mutual fund manager michael price getting out, although they said near the end of the report that they had also heard that was not ture. *shrugs*

reported that today's decline is about the earnings warning, saying that the company had been unable to offer any range or indication of what they might earn.

also remarked on the u.k. situation, saying that there are "possible regualtory problems" on the horizon over there. then adding that the company had hired bear sterns (i believe?) to help straighten things out.

no mention of the credit rating being changed .. just an overall recap of what's been happening with cityscape financial.

fwiw .. good luck everyone, jl
