You might consider using cream. An ounce of cream has no measurable sugar and I would expect it to provide you the same creaminess of texture, maybe more. Plus be more filling.

I enjoy frozen blueberries with cream poured over the top which then freezes to the berries and ends up for all intents being blueberry ice cream. I use a little artificial sugar also.
