I like this table because it illustrates nicely one basic and confusing point about ESA's numbers. For most of fiscal year 2008, ESA was just a shell. After the SPAC purchase was completed, one can see that ESA is a nicely profitable company. In fact the figures listed for the fourth quarter are only for the 6 weeks of 8/15/8 thru 9/30/8. The income shown for the other quarters is purely interest received on the cash reserved for the acquisitions.
