He isn't, and never was, at the level of Condi Rice or James Baker in terms of his dealing with foreign powers; these people are among the most skilled on the planet in the types of negotiations one needs between the US and terrorist nations.

Give us one example of something Condi or Baker negotiated or accomplished in office along these lines. Bush completely ignored Baker during the last stint as co chair of the iraq study group.

How do you put condi in james bakers class? I can see Jim Baker being considered top notch. I tend to agree but Condi was as ineffective in an admin where cheney and dod ruled the roost.
