Chinu, I HOPE so. Between reading about the economic troubles I'm also reading about new breakouts of Avian Flu and Acidity Levels in the Oceans becoming less tenable for sea life. Indomitable Spirit may get some REAL tests in the next few years.

Americans are indomitable. You understood/understand that right as you came here. We are. We have died for no reason on other shores, for others. for some... idea. The spirit is alive and stays alive. When we fight against it? We don't like our boys dying for no good reason. So explain it to us. Why does it matter. Why? Why did over 55 thousand die in Vietnam? why? And so many in Korea. Why? Still we go. and go. Why? We will prevail in Iraq. And Afganistan. How dare any think we will die there as others have. We will talk to the people and make what peace needs making. We have learned. Too many died in Vietnam. Not again. And has any country ever thanked us for the deaths of our young men? uhm............no. not one. not one. Yet they go and die as we ask them to do.
