Terry: He started selling at 27 and continued selling to the mid teens, he probably was waiting for a bounce to sell more, but it never came. I did not expect the immediate break to the 2's either, but I certainly felt that until next March there will be heavy pressure on this stock , and if I remember I also said that sub 1 could be available by March. It is possible that the acceleration is due to the secon prefferred haloders requesting immediate conversion, something that my initial analysis did not contemplate. Zeev
