It is possible that the acceleration is due to the secon prefferred haloders requesting immediate conversion, something that my initial analysis did not contemplate.

Do you believe the price has reached the bottom implied by fundamentals? Why would then the DCB wag its tail (in your other post)? Or, you are simply not sure.

I saw two huge blocks 2.7 mil + .3 mil selling and a lot of demand from small investors. There was a net positive small investor demand at the offer price and so the price rose while the biggies kept downloading. Whenever there are huge block sales (generally based on insider information), especially for small caps, I find the price recedes in a few days. Any comments?
