Charles: I have sent two e-mails. What they are doing is consistent with my advise. I am not saying that they are following my advice. They may be coming to the same solution to the problems as I have suggested. I may one day discuss. Since I have not received any response to my e-mails, I am no more informed than anyone else here, trying to uncover any skeletons in the CTYS closet. Has anyone given a serious consideration to Chapter 11? I doubt that this is a possibility because if this was the reason for BS to move in, they can be sent to jail for not disclosing this important material information. Every banker remembers the horror Keating had to endure due to lapses!! Any thoughts? Sankar
