Godspeed Barack Obama. He is trying to save us from a depression. Support him... he's our President in really hard times. You may not agree with all his policies, but we are in a crisis. And we are all in it together. Much worse than 9/11. You all need to support your President. It's time to step forward and be a true American.

Of course it isn't. Its their job. No, constantly expanding government, taking more and more from the people and deciding how to spend it is NOT their job. Its their arrogant and counterproductive approach to their job. They have been elected to spend the collected tax money from day to day and run the gov't. If we are unhappy with how they do the job, we let them know it. If they don't listen, we kick them out of office. They work for us. One of the things I've noticed esp. among people on the right there is a certain helplessness when it comes to directing their elected officials. They seem unwilling or unable to be critical of their leaders.
