How about the minimum price requirement? Audited financials? etc., etc.? ROFL. Just stopped by to see if this is a scam, and it does seem to be. Everyone would be well advised to read up on HRNT, which recently put out press releases talking about $1.00/share EPS and $6.00 increases in book value. Now the B.C. Securities Commission has halted trading (although it's still trading on the OTC-BB) and the stock is .37/.42. Or read up on RDOX's nonexistent miracle battery technology. Bottom line: there are people smarter than all of you (like the insiders and promoters who will be selling into your buying) who are laughing hysterically at the idea that a company that is really going to make .09 in a quarter has to run press releases like "Up 14% in a down market" and "Investor Alert: Stock Promotion." Gimme a break.
