china mainland has a few percentage pts of male more than female, as apparently needed for nation building, and no particular excess to speak of, and no surplus relative to historical norm

nz may just have excess of one maurice mq, but no big deal in any case, at least none relative to tradition

excess, however, is the key word

for example, hk has lots of freedom, much more than nz, but no excess freedom to speak off, whereas mexico has hardly any true freedom, but has too much relative to nz

The one should bring his money too.

The dropout from Brazil can eat people for breakfast!!!

Despite the fact that Valdir only had the opportunity to finish elementary school, he now coaches students and business people of all ranks. For just over a year, Valdir has travelled around Brazil giving motivational lectures, entrepreneurship tips, and maybe some inspiration. Some of his ideas on how to develop business came from Ricardo Coelho [pt], a marketing and business consultant and professor, and a loyal customer of his popcorn. He saw a natural talent in Valdir and has since helped the popcorn seller on the ladder to become a business coach:

IQ as overwhelmingly inherited, profoundly wrong. push early childhood education and bolster schools in poor neighborhoods, we just might be able to raise the United States collective I.Q. by as much as one billion points.

nytimes.com

The idea of IQ being inherited is a way for poor people to be shown their own place.

It lets higher echelons to smugly believe they are rightly the owners of intelligence and this rewards in terms of wealth.
