"The CCS process starts by capturing the CO2 generated by power stations and large industrial processes (like cement factories, steel works and oil refineries). CO2 can be captured before, during or after burning fossil fuels in processes already widely used to provide CO2 for a variety of industries including the food and beverage industry where it puts the fizz in carbonated beverages. In general, capture technology can cost-effectively slash the CO2 emissions from a power plant or industrial process by up to 95%"

From your souce!

"The biggest challenge is how to best demonstrate that CO2 capture and storage is safe, effective and can be done now at industrial scale at a competitive cost. Large scale pilot and demonstration projects will play an important role in showing that the integrated process can work, from capture through to storage. These demonstrations and accompanying research and technology development require substantial investment but will ultimately drive down costs while helping identify the most appropriate technologies, equipment and skills needed to use them. "

What do you not understand about technology existing and research science. It is good you post what you think is existing technology. You help illustrate the lack of understanding of what commercial/avialable technology is.

Being charitable - you simply do not understand. I will not post what I really think. Do you have any - any - any concept of how far away from commercial application something like what is described above is.

I do appreciate you revealing the basis of your thoughts. Your confusion is epidemic on in the left of our society.
