Not done yet... the Reps tried to expand them.

Obama cannot even talk without a teleprompter.

You must have missed his press conferences and town halls. Then again Bush couldn't talk WITH a teleprompter.

You do know that most public speakers use a teleprompter when speaking for more than a couple of minutes.
