There comes a point where throwing more money at the problem isn't going to help. Yes there is. And there's are points where more money will help. We "rich" Californians are just too "selfish" to sacrifice for the good of the People's Republic. ;-) We'll see how that turns out for you folks. Prop 13 probably hasn't been helpful with regard to your budget.
