Foul, Doug.
Friendship labs is/was a contract house that did process research for IPM on the extraction--nothing more.
They did not add to or subtract from the credibility of the results and that they preferred anonymity was unimportant and way overblown.

You may encounter the same 'Friendship' problem in terms of gossipy inquiries into Johnson's secret sauce :-)
