Bob,
I don't think the problem was with Friendship per se, but was more in the perception of exactly what it was they were doing. What the main intent of Freindship's role was initially supposed to be is unknown to me. The problem is that at the time, people like CL where trying to pass them off as an independent lab that was going to verify the process. That has been one of the main problems for IPM, the inability to articulate the role of each of the experts that have been brought in. The public only sees a shifting of roles and intent from one expert to the next. What the truth is, is unclear to me. I'm sure it is to a lot of others as well. This doesn't mean that there is anything wrong, or negative to be read into these circumstances. It just means that IPM management is very poor when it comes to articulating their desires and intents.
Mark

Well, we certainly do have our skeletons! I am quite sure
that if Naxos really makes a run at double digits than all
sorts of dirt will be stirred up.

No offense intended.
