I was at the gym last night and after my workout on the stationary bike and doing some Tai Chi postures, I went to the lap pool and there was only one lane in use so I decided to replicate the Hawaiian surf <gg> and walked two lengths of the pool. It was kinda of weird as I had a little trouble keeping my balance in the 4'6" water, but it also felt therapeutic. I will keep playing with it and see what happens. Thanks for the idea.

It's got me "back to the beach,"

Do you lower your vitamin D supplement intake when spending time in the sun? I've dropped from 6,000 IU in the winter to taking 2,000 IU now that it's summer and I'm spending some time outdoors. Don't know what my blood level is but I don't want to OD.. :)
