will chinese let koreas merge any time soon? I am concerned that result will be chinese control of north. Is there a racial component involved here. Are NK more closely tied to chinese in that way. I know in vietnam there were ethnic diffencnces between north and south.

North Korea can cause some damage, but probably a lot less than what many people think including those in the press.

If Seoul was 50 miles further from the DMZ I'd be a bit less worried about the situation.
