I'd say it's made true by voting themselves tax cuts and then not paying for them, as with W. Just borrowing money from China instead.

Maybe not. But the fact of the matter is that democracy has been around for centuries. And practiced, to one degree or another, by an increasing numbers of countries. Yet none have collapsed in the way he has predicted. While a fraction of democracies have collapsed into dictatorships, the reasons have been different than he predicted. Ok, granted, reality isn't a winger strength, but at what point do you accept a failed prediction as an actual failure?
